I just wanted to take a moment to touch base with you and thank you once again for the donation of feminine hygiene products from Project Marilyn. Along with all of the staff at SafeNest’s shelter, the women residing at our shelter were so touched at your donation. The packaging alone was welcoming and truly struck a chord… of beauty, confidence and importance.
To date, we have distributed 100% of the donated items to women and teen girls here at our shelter. We typically have 35+ women of reproductive age on our campus at any given time, so your generosity was appreciated and helped to restore dignity to a survivor going through a challenging life change.
